Thanks for your email. All my guests had a great time and I have to say that the whole evening exceeded my expectation. We had some minor issues in the morning of the trip when Maria called to say the cd player wasnt working and also we were given an incorrect phone number to call when we were dropping off alcohol etc so that the staff could help us carry our items. However, Maria fixed this by offering us a bigger yacht which was very kind. I have to say I was very impressed with how things ran on time for all my guests being able to board the boat etc before my husband and I arrived (it was a birthday surprise for my husband so we needed everything to run smoothly!) Also, the crew we had onboard our boat could not have been better - all were polite, friendly and extremely helpful with absolutely everything. I would personally like to say what a great job they all did and to thank them again for making our experience so special. We will definitely consider taking a yacht with you again in the future! Thanks for everything :-)

thank you for the really special cruise with your 48ft, we had really a good time with the full assistance from the crew and capt., is a really exclusive experience for a reasonable price , that if you compare to italian rates is realy low cost. Im sure i will have again some time for the cruise in my next travel there so i will be happy to deal with mr Ron again.

The trip was more than I expected... The yatch was very clean.. Attention to details.. All the crew were very helpful esp the captain who assisted with my proposal plan... Many many thanks to dana Samson she was so helpful and patient with me. All in all my guests were very happy. We've decided to do our weddin reception on a yatch..As we saw u hv a huge one for such events... Will contact you soon. Really appreciate.

I wanted to say a big thank you to xclusive yachts for last Friday, all of the guest had a fabulous time and were impressed with the professionalism of the staff. I want to say a very big thank you to Captain Eddison and his crew, they were really incredibly good and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Please pass on a thank you and congratulate them on making our trip so fantastic. All of the services offered were perfect, I have no negative feedback at all, and can only suggest you keep doing the great job you all are. This is the second time I have rented from xclusive yachts, and already we have two more dates planned for September and October. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.
