We are now back home in England so I thought I would write to you with my review of our day on our yacht. I would first like to thank Ron for his quotes and organisation through e.mail, he made it so easy to understand and gave very good information and help on everything I asked. It was such a smooth and well organised trip from start to finish. All of my family and i would like to thank Raj our captain as our first part of the trip was very rough due to the weather but he was very professional and once we stopped he was very kind to my Mum who got a little sea sick. The crew were all kind and very nice people who took good care of us all making sure we were comfortable and had drinks and food throughout our trip. We all loved every minute but our favourite part was sailing back through to the marina seeing all those buildings at night was amazing and brought tears to our eyes. The yacht was perfect just the right size for us and was spotless very clean. Please pass on my thank you to everyone involved I would highly recommend anyone to hire a yacht from you. Once again thank you to everyone involved and when we come back to Dubai you are my first call (hopefully the weather will be better)

I had opportunity to talk about our fantastic yacht trip with Xclusive Yachts. The crew had taken care of us, explaining all details about interesting points and let us be alone for our private moment in family. For a 4 hour trip i think it's not necessary a full meal like I asked. A simple lunch like sanduiche is enough. Since my first mail, until finish booking the accomplishment was very professional and detailed including phone calls to customer to ensure that everything would be prepared. Thank you very much for all.

Apologies for the delay in writing this, I've been super busy since the party and only just rediscovered your email. I'd like to thank your entire staff for everything they did to make my birthday a truly unique experience, no one on board was left wanting for anything, before we knew we needed something else it was already open and being handed to us. The boat was fantastic in every way. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate! Adam did a great job making sure all this went to plan especially as it was booked a long time ago and a few things changed along the way. Also, big thanks to the very nice lady (who's name escapes me) that met me at the office and assisted with the boarding process! You can rest assured we'll be back again soon... All the very best and thanks again
