I can't quite believe we have been back in UK for a week! We are missing the warmth of Dubai very much. I have made comments on Tripadvisor of our super experience on board one of your yachts... This was a special day for us as we were celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary, and what a lovely way to spend an afternoon with your professional and caring team. We have regaled our stories to all our colleagues at work and have sent your link to 2 of our friends who live in Dubai who will definitely be looking to book with you. We cannot think of any way to improve the service the team provided ... From conversations with Ron, the reception from the ladies as we arrived, to the crew who looked after our every need ... I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding service that Xclusive Yachts personnel provided last week. I chartered a yacht as a surprise for my husband whilst we were visiting Dubai on the 7th September 2015 and very nearly missed our booking due to sleeping through the alarm. After a quick phone call, your staff were very attentive and helpful. The employees I interacted with from start to finish, including Costa Avdeevskii , Captain Pradeep and the crew Anbazhagan Ramalingam, Priyesh, were very knowledgeable about your company and the boats available and seemed genuinely interested in helping me fulfil a special day rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of their efforts, I was able to offer my husband - in his words ''the best day of his life'' and I am very satisfied with what you guys offered. Upon my next trip to Dubai I will be booking another charter, as well as recommend it to others. Please let the team know that their efforts did not go unnoticed.
