In turn I am taking my opportunity to thank you for a wonderful experience with Xclusive12. I didn't regret a second of my choice. The level of service definitely exceeded my expectations. the captain and crew were very friendly and careful. My guests remained highly satisfied. One of them asked to personally thank the crew for prompt medical assistance and special care after a slight injury (a glass broke because of waves and she hurt her foot). We had a great time. Special thanks to photographer! Amazing pics! Though this experience worth a video (next time)! Really, I don't know what to wish more. Just keep on treating your clients like that and they'll be back. Katy Antony was very nice and patient. thanks for discount as well. We will definitely repeat it! be ready to make us better price ;)

We enjoyed the trip very muched and had a very pleasant day. The crew where fantastic and left nothing for us to worry about. Especially the kids got the full attention of the staff and got everything they need. Thank you and looking forward to sail with you again.

Few people by name I need to mention ..Katy with whom I did my booking has been very supportive and I thank her for getting me a fine discount ..the next Daniela who greeted and took us to board has been very pleasant and helpful throughout..then comes our captain and other crews who has been more f like friends yet with the superb professionalism...Team Xclusive , u guys are really nice I would rate 10/10 ..keep going ..A special gratitude for the surprise upgradation of our Yacht to a much bigger one .. :-)

I just wanted to thank you on behalf of myself & the ladies very much indeed for a fabulous trip on Tuesday, 25th Feb. We all absolutely loved it.Please pass on our sincere thanks to all the staff who were extremely pleasant & more than helpful on the day.We would like to book the same yacht for the afternoon of Tuesday, 8th April on the same Ladies only deal. Thank you very much for your email and apologies for my delay in replying. I wanted to write immediately to say that the entire trip was absolutely superb. I have been on several yacht parties whilst in Dubai, it is one of my favorite things to do, but this was by far the best I have ever experienced. The staff were utterly brilliant, they could not have been more attentive, helpful and engaging. Customer service is notoriously poor in this city, so it was particularly wonderful to find such high quality from Xclusive Yachts. The trip was for a birthday party and I had been terribly let down by several cancellations (which cost me somewhat financially) from other Yacht charter companies but my sadness and frustrations were quickly blown away as soon as we set sail with Xclusive. The Captain took us on a great route and was happy to accommodate our suggestions. The staff handled all of the cooking and hosting, which allowed me to relax and enjoy myself – which I didn't think would be the case. All of my guests commented on how wonderful the staff were, no one had to wait long to have a fresh drink or food. I was incredibly impressed with the whole team and myself and my friends will certainly be coming back to you for future trips – I don’t think I would want to go on another yacht. I would 100% recommend the yacht and the staff to all of my friends and colleagues – and given that I work in Marketing that is a lot of people! Please pass on my huge thanks to the staff for a thoroughly wonderful day.
