The process was seamless - from booking to the actual cruise. Prior to departure, the captain and the crew introduced themselves and gave a safety briefing which is a big plus since our company values safety. They were very polite, very friendly and gave us a warm welcome. We opted for their catering service, and the food was excellent. Overall, a very good trip. Great service start to finish. Hassan made the booking process smooth start to finish and Captain James and the crew were so hospitable and made every guest feel welcome! The quality of the bbq food was also fantastic and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the whole experiance. I've already got a colleague who wants to book with you! Thank you all again
