I would like to write on how pleased I am with the level of service received on our recent booking and how accommodating and attentive the staff were. I have always used exclusive for all my yacht charters but this occasion exceeded all expectations. Everything was organized to the exact requirements. All ran to schedule and everything was punctual and hassle free.In particular I would like to thank Ron for his assistance in assuring all the last minute touches happened, and ensuring a meet and greet was organized as well as a last minute drop of. His friendliness and professionalism and attentiveness made the day spectacular and both my husband and I had a magical day. Mina who greeted us was professional and friendly and instantly gave the whole experience that edge. She met us on time and took us straight to boat and was there on time to meet us at the end of the trip and escorted us directly to our pick up. On board the experience continued, the service was excellent and all staff polite, friendly and well presented as was the condition of the boat. As always we will continue to use Exclusive and will be the only boat company I will recommend. Thanks again for making the day magical.

I am pleased to feedback for the second year running that me and my guests had a fantastic experience on one of your yachts; this time Xclusive XVI. From the moment we were met outside your office by your representative Mina at 12.30hrs, right through to disembarking the yacht at 17.00hrs my guests and I felt like VIP’s! The introductions at the Marina demonstrated what a professional business Xclusive are and all your staff, both land and on board are excellent ambassadors for the Company. The collection and transfer of belongings was seamless and once on board the Captain and his crew continued to make sure we felt like VIP’s and dealt with every request with the professional efficiency I have now come to expect from Xclusive. In fact we had a couple of ex international rugby union players amongst our party, who had been commentating globally from the Rugby 7’s and they commented how professional your Company is! I would like to ensure that everyone who touched our reservation; from the reservation staff through to the crew is made aware of how pleased we were with the service provided and again I would have hesitation in recommending Xclusive to any of my friends or colleagues! Hopefully we will return again in 2014 and will have the opportunity of hiring one of your wonderful vessels again.Finally have a lovely Christmas and a prosperous 2014.

Our experience with your company was exceptional from the the booking to drop of at our hotel.Your crew were polite,friendly and above all attentive to every detail imaginable especially with 6 girls having a great time! My guests were so impressed with Abdalla that they decided to tip him the most as his approach to hospitality was second to none. He was totally present but did not invade our privacy at all and in fact his attention to every individual was remarkable. He constantly made sure we were comfortable and our drinks were never empty as he quickly figured out what drinks each individual likes and ensured we were topped up at all times and also made sure we had plenty of water and ice packs to keep us cool in the heat!! I could continue to give examples but that would make this email too long so all I would like to say is that he is asset to your company. The yacht was clean and fresh with all the amenities one would like, just like a 5 star hotel. We did not want to disembark!!!! The food was delicious and once again your crew timed it in perfectly with our day. Many thanks to you and your staff for making it the most amazing experience for us.....we are still talking about it.
