With regards to our boat tour last Thursday, I would like to extend a huge thank you to your colleagues on board, who were very helpful and accommodating. The ship was clean and the food was of good quality, it was a shame there was so much left afterwards. Even though the weather did not permit the trip around the palm, our guests enjoyed the trip very much and we are looking forward to booking with you in the future.

We had the most wonderful time on our special family occasion, to be honest it was a lot choppier than I was expecting once you got out of the Marina to head to the Burj for example, but once in the lagoon it was marvellous. All of the crew were exceptional and looked after us really really well and I would definitely consider another booking for such an occasion with your company. All of my family said that the trip was the ‘icing on the cake’ for the entire holiday and we all have taken away very special memories ….so thank you. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending your company to anyone else visiting Dubai
