Thank you very much for your email and apologies for my delay in replying. I wanted to write immediately to say that the entire trip was absolutely superb. I have been on several yacht parties whilst in Dubai, it is one of my favorite things to do, but this was by far the best I have ever experienced. The staff were utterly brilliant, they could not have been more attentive, helpful and engaging. Customer service is notoriously poor in this city, so it was particularly wonderful to find such high quality from Xclusive Yachts. The trip was for a birthday party and I had been terribly let down by several cancellations (which cost me somewhat financially) from other Yacht charter companies but my sadness and frustrations were quickly blown away as soon as we set sail with Xclusive. The Captain took us on a great route and was happy to accommodate our suggestions. The staff handled all of the cooking and hosting, which allowed me to relax and enjoy myself – which I didn't think would be the case. All of my guests commented on how wonderful the staff were, no one had to wait long to have a fresh drink or food. I was incredibly impressed with the whole team and myself and my friends will certainly be coming back to you for future trips – I don’t think I would want to go on another yacht. I would 100% recommend the yacht and the staff to all of my friends and colleagues – and given that I work in Marketing that is a lot of people! Please pass on my huge thanks to the staff for a thoroughly wonderful day.

Just want to thank you all at Xclusive Yachts so so much. My parents had an amazing time for my dads 50th. They said the night was perfect. Rolls-Royce was beautiful, food was beautiful, yacht was beautiful and staff was very friendly. Thank you very very much I will recommend you to friends and hopefully next time I book with you I'll be able to experience it too!

I am pleased to feedback for the second year running that me and my guests had a fantastic experience on one of your yachts; this time Xclusive XVI. From the moment we were met outside your office by your representative Mina at 12.30hrs, right through to disembarking the yacht at 17.00hrs my guests and I felt like VIP’s! The introductions at the Marina demonstrated what a professional business Xclusive are and all your staff, both land and on board are excellent ambassadors for the Company. The collection and transfer of belongings was seamless and once on board the Captain and his crew continued to make sure we felt like VIP’s and dealt with every request with the professional efficiency I have now come to expect from Xclusive. In fact we had a couple of ex international rugby union players amongst our party, who had been commentating globally from the Rugby 7’s and they commented how professional your Company is! I would like to ensure that everyone who touched our reservation; from the reservation staff through to the crew is made aware of how pleased we were with the service provided and again I would have hesitation in recommending Xclusive to any of my friends or colleagues! Hopefully we will return again in 2014 and will have the opportunity of hiring one of your wonderful vessels again.Finally have a lovely Christmas and a prosperous 2014.

Thank you so much for the fantastic charter this past weekend. Both me and my new fiance enjoyed ourselves so much. The service we received was excellent. The water was a bit choppy (cant do much about that) but it all worked out great. We had a lot of fun and it was the perfect package to get engaged.
