My experience with the staff of Xclusive Yachts was very good. Starting with Gareth who handled my reservations professionally and efficiently to Mina who received us upon our arrival and Captain Zeus and Raja who were very professional and accommodating. It was truly amazing experience for our honeymoon! Ron was always super efficient in answering my one and a million emails. Captain was excellent! Hostess Mina from Holland was very courteous, but Raja was the best of them all! He is a keeper. I work in hospitality industry myself and know what it takes to please customers, but he went all the way and beyond! His service was with that extra mile, but still very humble and not in your face. He is a true asset to your company!!! Thank you again, we would definitely recommend your company to all our friends heading to Dubai!
