It was a wonderful experience on cruise with the Xclusive Yachts X5 this weekend. It was a Memorable and a very well organized trip with a Very professional team and dedicated Captian and Crew. The ground staff, Mr Mark and Nabeel was excellent in rendering services and personalised care, in every minute details leaving no stone un turned. Though the Generator was under maintenance and the Cabin couldn't be used to the full potential, the Captain and Crew member kept us so engrossed in the cruise and never made us feel the need of a cabin on cruise. But hopefully this would be set right in due course.It definitely needs a Mention that your staff take care of your customers proportionately and exactly the way you take care of them and they all do need a Big round of applause. I had made a right decision to choose Xclusive yachts on the day and will look forward to hiring your services more often on special occasions to add the "Xclusive" touch to the special day.
