I would like to personally thank everyone at Xclusive Yachts for an amazing time we had on the 31st Jan 2016 for my friends surprise 40th birthday. Omar was so helpful and assisted with all my requirements before the day and the communication before the day was excellent. I must mention the website is fantastic, very clear and professional. On the day the Captain and crew was friendly and the service was great. The boat was spotless. The picnic was fresh and plentiful. The cake we ordered was delicious and the yacht decorated tastefully.the birthday boy had a day to remember so did the rest of the party. I have already been recommending your company and will be putting a review on Trip advisor. A big thanks again, hopefully booking again when next over in Dubai. I'm a Sales Manager for a group of hotels in England so I appreciate good service and your company has delivered it, thanks.

My guests and myself had an absolutely wonderful time. I had booked this yacht trip for my 30th birthday, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The staff was courteous and attentive without being intrusive, and I really appreciated their dedication in providing excellent service. Thank-you to the Xclusive team for a wonderful afternoon! My brothers 40th Birthday was a big success, he was so pleased and our guests had an amazing time. I actually wished I'd booked for longer! The crew offered outstanding service and we really couldn't have asked for more. They were exceptional! From dealing with Omar, to the ladies at reception in the office to the crew on board. We are now back home in England so I thought I would write to you with my review of our day on our yacht. I would first like to thank Ron for his quotes and organisation through e.mail, he made it so easy to understand and gave very good information and help on everything I asked. It was such a smooth and well organised trip from start to finish. All of my family and i would like to thank Raj our captain as our first part of the trip was very rough due to the weather but he was very professional and once we stopped he was very kind to my Mum who got a little sea sick. The crew were all kind and very nice people who took good care of us all making sure we were comfortable and had drinks and food throughout our trip. We all loved every minute but our favourite part was sailing back through to the marina seeing all those buildings at night was amazing and brought tears to our eyes. The yacht was perfect just the right size for us and was spotless very clean. Please pass on my thank you to everyone involved I would highly recommend anyone to hire a yacht from you. Once again thank you to everyone involved and when we come back to Dubai you are my first call (hopefully the weather will be better)
